Sinopse:
Before he was known internationally as a martial arts superstar, Bruce Lee had appeared in a handful of Hong Kong films as a child star in the 1940s/50s. One of these early films was The More the Merrier (1955), a.k.a. We Owe it to Our Children from the Union Film Enterprise, a family melodrama written and directed by renowned filmmaker Chin Chien (My Intimate Partners). Featuring the 14-year-old Bruce Lee and future Cantonese Opera star Yuen Siu Fai, the B&W film revolves around accountant Ming (played by Cheung Wood Yau) and his wife (Tsi Lo Lin) who suffers a miscarriage in an car accident. The couple decides to adopt a baby girl, not knowing that she's the daughter given up by Ming's poor co-worker who struggles to feed a bunch of kids. Bruce Lee plays the slacker son of the landlord (Ko Lo Chuen).

Sinopse:
A woman struggles to bring up three children after the death of her husband. Her eldest son, on whom she has placed great hope, shames her with his dishonesty. Her daughter, the middle child, is vain. The youngest child, however, makes her proud. Eventually, the two of them are left alone when disaster befalls the other children.

Sinopse:
Ah Ngor, a maid servant, is made pregnant by her master Chan Ying-kit. She has no choice but to entrust her son Tin-sun to the care of the head of hospital. The doctor marries again, handing over the boy to a wet nurse. She often skips work and goes home to see him. Consequently, Mrs Lam fires her. She falls ill and dies, her gambling-addicted husband sells Tin-sun to the Chans. Sun runs away, he steals and hides in a hospital for the blind. He is given shelter by the head and his wife. There he meets Ah Lin, the blind girl who used to be his friend when they were young. He grow up to be an excellent eye surgeon and recovers Ah Lin's sight. When Sun announces that he would like to call Madam Lee his mother, he is intrigued by the pack of parents now come knocking at his door. Kit also comes to ask for money, but Ah Ngor reveals his bad conduct and kicks him out. Sun finally recognises his mother.

Sinopse:
After rejecting the strict teachings of their egalitarian tutor (Ng Chor-fan), two latch-key adolescent boys, rich kid Chuen-tsai (Lee Siu-fun) and poor kid Ngau-tsai (Bruce Lee Siu-lung) highlight this cautionary tale for parents. After a brief fracas between the two kids, a beating by Ngai's mother (Wong Man-lei) leads Ngai to run away from home to roam the streets and petty thefts to survive while the spoiled Chuen squanders his time at home reading comic books and role-playing his favorite cowboy hero after Chuen's doting father (Cheung Ying) buys a brand new western outfit for his son where the neglected Chuen then hurts himself imitating the dangerous stunts of his fantasy hero.
